2. Definitions

  • “Company” — Oddisey Ltd.

  • “Client” — an individual over 18 years of age or a legal entity using the Company’s mail forwarding services.

  • “Goods” — items purchased or handled via the Company’s services.

  • “Virtual Address” — the address provided by the Company for Client use.

  • “Warehouse” — the Company’s facility for receiving, storing, processing, and dispatching goods.

  • “Profile” — the Client’s account on the Company’s website.

  • “Third Party Courier” — external logistics companies engaged by the Company to deliver consignments.

3. Scope of Services

Oddisey Ltd provides services including providing a UK address, receiving goods, inspecting, weighing, packing, storing, and dispatching orders to the Client. Deliveries are not made to P.O. Box addresses. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw services and prices without prior notice. Delivery times are estimates only.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client must:

  • Provide valid identification and proof of payment for goods sent to the Virtual Address.

  • Ensure all vendor packages are addressed correctly with the Client’s name.

  • Provide accurate customs declarations and shipment details.

  • Pay for all services using their own payment credentials.

  • Not engage in prohibited activities, including shipping restricted goods or violating sanctions laws.

  • Accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable customs, export control, and sanctions regulations.

5. Customs, Export Control & Sanctions

5.1. General Provisions

All international consignments are subject to inspection by customs authorities, export/import control services, and other governmental bodies.

5.2. Client Obligations

  • Review all applicable sanctions, export/import control rules, and customs laws.

  • Ensure no prohibited/restricted goods are shipped.

  • Provide full and accurate documentation.

  • Respond promptly to any customs requests for additional information.

5.3. Liability for Non-Compliance

  • The Client is fully responsible for any violations, including fines, losses, confiscation, or destruction.

  • The Company accepts no liability for consequences of Client’s non-compliance.

  • All related costs are payable by the Client immediately.

5.4. Rights of Oddisey Ltd

  • Refuse, suspend, or terminate services if violations are suspected.

  • Share Client data with authorities if legally required.

6. Prohibited Items

The shipment of certain goods is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to firearms, explosives, narcotics, radioactive materials, alcohol, tobacco, perishable food, live animals, cash, precious metals/stones, antiques, and any goods prohibited by transport regulations or sanctions laws.

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. Payments from sanctioned regions (including Crimea, Sudan, Iran, South Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia) are not accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are a paid service. Costs for return shipping, customs fees, storage, or disposal are the Client’s responsibility. No refunds are given if goods are seized or destroyed due to non-compliance with customs or sanctions regulations.

9. Claims & Liability

Basic insurance — USD 100 (loss only). Extended insurance — 5% of declared value (loss only). Fragile items excluded. Claims must be submitted within 7 days for loss/damage, or within 14 days for delays exceeding 60 days. Proof of value is required.

10. Force Majeure

No liability for delays/failures due to events beyond control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions).

11. Personal Data (GDPR)

We process data per UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018. Privacy Policy on our website.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: England & Wales. Disputes in English courts.

13. Statutory Rights

Nothing here affects statutory rights under UK law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Oddisey Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business, or data, resulting from the use of our services, third-party actions, customs, sanctions, or force majeure.

15. Confirmation of Agreement

Using our services confirms you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

16. Severability

If any term is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. Governing Language

These Terms are in English. Translations are for convenience; English prevails.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

19. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any term does not waive the right to enforce it later.

20. Sanctions Liability Disclaimer

The Client is solely responsible for compliance with all sanctions and export control laws. Oddisey Ltd accepts no liability for fines, losses, confiscations, delays, or destruction of goods caused by Client’s non-compliance. The Company may share Client information with authorities if violations are suspected.
